The location was unbeatable, just steps away from the bustling heart of the city, making it a breeze to explore local attractions. Communication with the staff was efficient, which is always appreciated. However, be prepared for a lack of hot water during peak shower times. it was a challenge for our group of six. The decor left something to be desired, and while we managed with the bedding arrangement, we did not receive what we were initially promised.

The apartment features unique historical touches and a cozy layout that adds character to your stay. Clean towels and complimentary water upon arrival are nice little perks that you don't see everywhere.
Be prepared to tackle some stairs since there are no elevators and navigating with heavy luggage can be a hassle. Wi-Fi issues abound, as it completely failed during my visit, and the lack of air conditioning made the apartment uncomfortable, especially when workers set up scaffolding just outside my window, compromising privacy and adding noise early in the morning.

Quirky architectural features, Spacious family suites, Customized excursions
No air conditioning made the summer heat unbearable!!! Stairs without an elevator create unnecessary hassle, especially with heavy luggage!!! Inconsistent hot water availability during peak hours is a significant inconvenience for guests.

The location is a major highlight, being just a short stroll from the main square. The room was spacious and very clean, creating a comfortable atmosphere for the whole group. Unfortunately, we encountered several issues, including a clogged toilet and dirty linens, which were not addressed satisfactorily. Communication with the manager was frustrating and resulted in unnecessary stress. Despite these setbacks, the individual who managed the front desk was friendly and attempted to assist us throughout our stay.

great location but service could be improved
The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from the main square, offering easy access to shops and restaurants. The room was clean and well-furnished, with comfortable beds that made resting effortless. I particularly enjoyed the stunning city view from our window, which added to the charm of the place.
The check-in process was a bit slow and could benefit from additional staff during busy hours.
